Welcome to an evening dedicated to Riesling, where the flavors of autumn in Sunnmøre are paired with an exciting wine menu curated by Norways foremost Riesling expert, Calle Fegth. The evening’s five-course menu has been carefully crafted by our Executive Head Chef, Nils Flatmark, highlighting the seasonal ingredients from our region. Throughout the dinner, Nils and Calle will present each dish and share the inspiration behind the menu. You can also look forward to a few delightful surprises along the way.

Calle Fegth is a renowned figure in Norway's food and wine scene. Long before Riesling became popular in Norway, Fegth traveled to Germany's Rheingau region, gaining recognition as one of the top experts and advocates for German Riesling wines. He is still known in Germany as the "König Calle" of Riesling.

In Norway, Fegth co-founded the acclaimed restaurant Credo in Trondheim, which opened in 1998. At Credo, he served only Riesling, inviting international wine experts and pairing the wine with high-quality Norwegian cuisine. This approach helped put Credo on the European map for its exceptional wine selection. In 2008, he launched his own wine, Calle's Riesling, and in 2013, he left Credo to focus fully on wine production, solidifying his reputation as a Riesling authority.
